Newsletter subscription
By signing up for Padel Šoltas newsletter at you will receive information via e-mail that Padel Šolta distributes. Padel Šolta is responsible for this personal data collection.
We use the personal information (e-mail address) to administer your subscription. The legal basis for the processing is consent that you provide by registering your e-mail address. You can revoke the consent whenever you want. We process your personal data until you request to have the information deleted which you do most easily by unsubscribing from the mailing by clicking on the link at the bottom of a newsletter.
When you contact us
By contacting Padel Šolta through the form “Contact us” or by email to info@padelsolta.com, your message will be forwarded to the right person in the organization. Padel Šolta is responsible for this personal data collection.
We process the personal information (name, e-mail address and other information) that you provide to answer your request. The legal basis for the processing is consent that you provide by sending the information to us. You can revoke the consent whenever you want. We process your personal information until you request that the information be deleted.
Your rights
In accordance with current data protection legislation, you have the right to access information about what personal data we process about you. You have the right to request access, once a year, in writing, free of charge, to the information processed by us.
You also have the right to request corrections of incorrect personal data, request deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data or object to our processing. However, the right to have personal data deleted is not absolute, as a legal obligation to save the data takes precedence.
You can revoke your consent at any time.
If you have any complaints regarding our treatment of your personal data, you can file a complaint with the Swedish Data Inspectorate.

This is how we protect your information
Padel Šolta protects your personal data through a combination of technical and organisational solutions. Access systems are required on all computers and phones that handle personal data. All data in our database is stored by a cloud-based solution that means no data is stored locally on computers or other mobile devices (iPads, mobile phones). This ensures that we do not risk data breaches in case of loss of computers or mobile devices.
Cookies
According to the Electronic Communications Act (2003: 389), we must inform you that we use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are a technical feature that allow you to navigate easier and faster on our website.
Cookies are also used by us to compile visitor statistics. The information is used statistically to analyze how the site is used and how many people visit different pages.
